We do not use the information you give us for any other purpose. We don't even run ads on our site to ensure you the best possible download speed.
We will not sell, rent, share, trade, or lease any revealing information about you to any un-affilliated third parties, without your permission, unless required to by law. We do reserve the right to provide only relevant information to a collections agency, in the event we are not fully compensated for our service. We do reserve the right to sell our SalesMetric service, and/or our company, and transfer all accounts to the assignee. It is our intent to maintain strict confidentiality of any and all information you provide to us.
We do use "cookies" to validate users of our system and to validate assigned access rights within your company database. This function must be enabled on your computer to use SalesMetric.
We may want to send you emails on occasion to notify you of new features, offers, or other news we think you may find of interest.
We do seek your valued opinion on everything from additional features desired, HelpTrail™ enhancements, testimonials, or any other opinion you care to share with us. We will consider any information you send to us in this manner our property to do with as we wish, without any compensation to you. We reserve the right to publish any comments made in correspondence to us.
The client information you enter into your company database is your exclusive property and will never be divulged in any way, to anyone, for any reason. We will never even look at it, unless; we are requested to by you; we are required to in response to a service request by you; we are forced to remove the data for non-payment; or as required by court order from a competent jurisdiction.
