Payments may be made by AMEX, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or checks (only if the amount due is over $200). We will automatically charge your credit card on file with us upon the due date. All accounts are due and payable by the first day of the new service period. Returned checks are subject to a 25$ fee. Accounts established within the State of Texas will be subject to 7.75% sales tax. If you think we made an error in your billing, you must let us know within 60 days of the invoice, or credit card charge, in order to get a refund. Your account is important to us, and we will work promptly to resolve your billing concerns.
Each user within the account is entitled to 20MB of hard drive space. This is an enormous amount of space for most databases. The typical consumer of space will be your attached documents. Your administrator can easily monitor your space usage from within SalesMetric. We identify what accounts and file attachments are using the memory, in case you want to review this information periodically. For every additional 10MB (or portion) that you exceed this amount on a monthly basis, we will charge an additional $20.
We will automatically bill your renewal unless you give us 30-days written notice that you no longer require the service. You will be billed for the same time frame for which you were previously billed, for the then-current number of users, at the then-current fee rate. Only your designated company contact can direct Straybit Software to make changes to your SalesMetric account or billing information. Delinquent accounts may be subject to suspension, termination, interest charges, and collections action.
For accounts where the billed amount is less than $200, a credit card is required. All accounts are billed approximately 30 days prior to the beginning of the service period and must be paid in full no later than 30 days from the billing date in order to be current. Invoices are sent via email only.
Your billing date will be the anniversary of the date you first subscribed, whether it is a monthly, quarterly, or annual. For example, if your first billing date was July 9th, your billing date will be the 9th of every month for monthly payments, and the 9th of July for annual payments. Your billing will be prorated for license upgrades only during the billing period.
